I employed Finn & Associates to inspect two homes. Communication with their office was also professional with e-mails even being returned after work hours. I was sent reminder emails about the inspection and all my questions were answered almost as quickly as I sent them.
My inspector, Peter, was punctual, professional and he provided the inspection report in less than 24 hours. As a result of Peter's thorough inspection and clear verbal and written explanations with both homes, I decided against the lesser-priced home with no regrets. He took close to 2 hours to inspect the home that I decided against.
I would use them again in a heartbeat! (Except that I LOVE my new house and I intend to never leave it!) I'd have no reservations about recommending them.
