Good Afternoon,   The guest’s initial complaint was emailed to a manager of Bond 45 in Spanish. We then received a letter from the Mexican consulate (in English) dated December [redacted].   Because this was an injury report concerning a minor, this case was given to our insurance company. ...

The first attempt at contact by the insurance company was 1/*/16 and the [redacted] attempt to contact was 1/**/2016.  They were finally in communication with the consulate on [redacted], and they were able to communicate with the claimant’s family on 2/**/16 as well.
