Finishing touches has resolved this complaint quickly and event went above and beyond with helping us replace another tree that was damaged by the wind We are very pleased with the result and would like to close this complaint noting that everything was handled quickly and in a positive manner

I never received the message that [redacted] had called I just emailed him and will be more than happy to meet with him

The tree was past the time of warranty and when they called I did say that I would watch it and extend the warranty.  We still have all intentions on replacing the tree, we have just been behind.  The tree will be replaced within the week.  We take these and all of matters very...
