I was ask to give a bid on *** ** when I got there I was told that my forman had gave a bid at the house next door and that they thought it was scheduled already when I got back to shop and checked the file I had not received a signed contract or %deposit which is necessary to hold the
scheduled date .Ater seeing the 2nd job with homeless people drinking beer and smoking in the house and I was told people where moving in before the hardwood could be complete I thought it was best to back away from the project
