Review: I took my 2012 Kia Sedona to Finishing Touch for a repair to the bumper. I was given an estimate by [redacted] for $885.70. My wife dropped the vehicle off on June 3rd,2013. My wife picked the van up on JUNE 6th,2013. She paid $500.00 which was our deductible. She was told the remainder of $385.70 was the insurance payment expected. On or about June 19th,2013 I received a check from my insurance company([redacted]) for $1129.74. I called my insurance company and was told this was the payment for repairs done to my 2012 Kia Sedona van at Finishing Touch. According to [redacted], they received an estimate from Finishing Touch dated June 12,2013 a full 6 days after I paid Finishing Touch and picked up the Sedona. After this my insurance company [redacted], had me take my van to [redacted]. After removing the bumper cover, it was discovered that Finishing Touch never replaced my bumper cover(which is what I paid for), they had repaired the bumper cover. Also Finishing Touch charged the insurance company for a new step cover and an energy absorber and a reverse sensor. [redacted] confirmed none of these parts had been replaced, the original parts were still on the van. Also Finishing Touch damaged my Sedona during the repair. [redacted] confirmed this as did my insurance company. My insurance company paid [redacted] to repair the damages. I was told Finishing Touch would be returning my $500.00 deductible that I paid them, as well as the invoices for the parts they claimed to put on the Sedona(and charged my insurance company for), but as of today I have received nothing from finishing Touch.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $500.00 deductible and copies of the invoices for the parts that I was billed for. Also payment for the damages to my vehicle.

ALL DISCREPENCIES ON THE REPAIR HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITH
[redacted] WEEKS AGO AND TO THIS DAY WE HAVE NOT SEEN ANY PAYMENT FROM THE
INSURANCE COMPANY FOR THE WORK THAT HAD BEEN COMPLETED. WE AT FINISHING TOUCH
COMPLETED A REPAIR THAT MRS [redacted] WAS HAPPY WITH AT THE TIME OF PICK UP AND
TO THIS DATE HAVE NOT BEEN PD ANYTHING.
WEEKS LATER SHE MADE FALSE CLAIMS OF DAMAGES DONE TO HER VEHICLE BY OUR
FACILITY WHICH ARE NOT TRUE. AT NO TIME
DID SHE EVER ALLOW US TO INSPECT HER VEHILCE OR ATTEMPT TO CORRECT ANY MISTAKES
AFTER REPAIRS. SINCE WE ARE A REPUTABLE ESTABLISBMENT WE HAVE TAKEN IT UPON US
TO REIMBURSE THE OWNER HER DEDUCTIBLE. WE HAVE LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES FOR HER
TO STOP BY AND PICK UP HER REIMBURSEMENT CHECK AND SHE HAS NOT RESPONEDED. THE ONLY ATTEMPT OF CONVERSING WITH MRS.
[redacted] ENDED WITH HER HANGING UP ON US.
SHE HAS CONTINUOUSLY ACCUSED US OF WRONG DOINGS WHICH ARE NOT TRUE AND
HAS BEEN VERY UN PROFESSIOINAL. IN GOOD
FAITH WE HAVE ALSO REEIMBURSED [redacted] FOR THE DAMAGES WE WERE ACCUSED OF EVEN
THOUGH WE NEVER GIVEN THE OPPOURTINITY TO INSPECT IT AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY
DOCMENTATION AS TO WHAT WAS COMPLETED ON THE VEHICLE AS REQUESTED. BOTH PAYMENTS WERE PROCESSED ON AUGUST 12TH
AND HAVE BEEN SENT OUT TO [redacted]. MRS [redacted] WILL HAVE TO CONTACT HER INSURANCE
IN REGARDS TO THE DEDUCTIBILE REIMBURSEMENT AS THEY BY NOW SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED
THE PAYMENT. AS YOU CAN SEE FINISHING
TOUCH HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER
AND DO APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCES CAUSED.

CHARGING FOR PARTS NEVER PUT ON AND IMPROPER REPAIRS, WHEN NO MONEY HAS BEEN

TOUCH HAS NEVER BEEN PAID AND HAS TAKEN IT UPON THEMSELVES AS A REPUTABLE
