our plumber during that time. We connected with the homeowner on 6.14 stating we would get an emergency plumbing service to fix it. Matt [redacted] had availability (forced availability) on 6.15 at 5 pm. Matt visited the home and replaced the cartridge in the shower. I followed up with the homeowner that evening (6.15) at 6 pm to see if the issue was resolved. The homeowner stated there was a slow drip but he would monitor it for a couple of days. I reconnected with Matt [redacted] of Westin Plumbing and asked if that was normal. He said it was fixed when he left and that is residual water from the shower being turned on. I made an attempt to connect with the homeowner on 6.19 asking if the drip in question had been resolved. He responded on 6.22 stating, "It does seemed to have stopped dripping on to the floor, but if I touch the shower head several drops do come out. Is that typical?" I assured him that was the residual water sitting in the shower head from being turned on. I have not heard anything since 6.19.2017 and the warranty has now been closed.
