roof is not paid in full. I has sent documentation showing leak developed a month later, and he has not paid the $6200 he owes us. We can not come out and fix it if he has not paid in full. There is no warranty as long as the work is not paid in full. He sent me texts saying he has an attorney, and he has stalked my personal residents and the police had to escort him away. He has not paid one penny on the porch over hang. I am not going to touch a thing until the work is paid in full. He is going around town saying he is not going to pay and bad mouthing my company. He agreed to the porch before we cut out the over hang. He refused to sign the acknowledgement of the work and did not pay us in full so there is no warranty, and we are out $6200 on this job.
