Review: I placed an order on 5/5/13, receiving a sales receipt. I didn't receive comfirmation of shipment, voicemail is full & emails undeliverable.

I made a purchase on 5/5/13 (order # XXXXX). I did not receive a notification of shpiment, so I made efforts to connect with customer service to inquire about the status of my order. I have made mutiple efforts to contact the buisness to ensure shipment; however, the email address offered on the website is not working. I get a prompt back stating the message is undeliverable. The customer service phone number either is registering as out of service, or, when connected, reports a full voicemail box. This company is not resposnive to email or phone when using Customer Service contact information provided. I would like my product OR a refund of my full payment. This website should not be allowing for purchase if company is not active. I am highly concerned aobut a fraudulant purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like a full return of the sum that I paid OR ensurance that my product will be delivered. I also would like confirmation that this buisness is active, as if it is inactive, the website should be discontinued to avoid other patrons making payment for product that they will not receive.

I did receive my product in the mail. I continued to not be able to utilize customer service, as there is no workable phone line and emails are returned to me.
