This business is te WORST car dealership I have EVER dealt with They promise you so much but in the end they bite you in the "tush" (AND VERY HARD AT THAT) My wife and I had called ahead a couple days before and explained our situation then the day we went to this dealership we were treated like vagabonds Save yourself some time and don't even go to ths place They are a rip of!
Dear [redacted] , In the respect to the complaint # [redacted] have attached the following documents to show that the sale was as is and had the vehicle VA state inspected through an outside inspection stationWe did tell the customer that we would tighter the mirror and fix the fuel gaugeHe did bring the vehicle back and repairs were doneI was notified that the repairs were not done to his satisfaction and we asked him to bring the vehicle backHe in turn had the issues fix on his own, we had already paid for the services and would not of occurred any more expenses, I feel we have gone above and beyond the original signed agreement Frank T [redacted] Sales Manager [redacted] **, Manassas, VA, [redacted] Phone [redacted] Fax [redacted] ***
