Dear [redacted]
We have been in the procsess of moving to a bigger location and with Vacations time now passed it has finally permitted us to respond to your letter, We have been in business for five years and have always been customer driven. Our reviews on the Internet and...
[redacted] have all been positive. The person that made this statement to your department is totally wrong. First let me say that the items that were finished for the plaintiff were not his items but he was doing them for someone else who never had any complaint, Second, when we delivered the items to the purchaser we discounted the price due to the fact that we took an extra week to finish the job which is not out of the ordinary. We did this because we had a flood in our shop due to pipes breaking last February during that very cold spell we had. These parts were hand-delivered back to the purchaser back in March of 2015. We didn't hear from the purchaser about any disliking until four months later in July of 2015. We told him we would review the job after seeing it and only did that as a courtesy because of the months that lapsed without any earlier phone calls, During our conversation we asked the party to mail back his item if our schedules couldn't accommodate his work schedule and distance from our location. This was never done and anyone would say that was a reasonable request because we wanted it documented because of what we feared the plaintiff would do after threatening us. This says it all that he had the opportunity to mail his firearm in to us so it was documented and he chose not to do so. We also told his purchaser that owned the gun and not this plaintiff who wanted to make money as a ten percenter to mail back the item. We never received the item and when spoke on the phone with the owner of the gun he didn't realize that the plaintiff that took his work waited months to complain about it. Also, he indiscriminately called other companies that we are Certified with to remark about our workmanship, I have found over the years that people that do things like this Are not customers we want nor can you ever make them happy because there complainers or disingenuous,Thank you for taking the time to review our response.
