I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is acceptable to me However after months of ignoring me and my requests over the phone, this should have been told to me rather than time and again saying it was being processes OR being sent back was even told on 3/that it was being mailed back instead of the truth I have lost money and TIME involved with this company and wish it to be reflected in their ratings Regards, [redacted]
