I am writing to you about claim ID number [redacted] about Finger Lakes School Portraits I wanted to update my complaint to let you know that the picture packages were shipped overnight to the preschool and were distributed to parents today However, I've heard that some of the parents did not receive the correct ordersNone of the parents have received the group class photographs that were to be included in the order

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I would like to note that the letter that you included as being a "response from the business," was just the letter that I sent to you as an update Does that mean that the Finger Lakes School Portraits still hasn't contacted the Revdex.com? The portrait studio finally contacted the director of the preschool and did send the pictures, but she never returned any of my phone calls or addressed me directly I view this as being very unprofessional Regards, [redacted] ***
