This was not paid for via credit card, but instead via wire transfer as requested by "Hank." He has not made any effort to contact me or offer a refund based on refinancing of house

not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This response has been the same response we have been getting from Hank for the last four months. It's not my problem that Hank needs to refinance his property and we shouldn't have to wait for our money. We paid him as the contract stated. We cancelled in time for a full refund as he should have our money available.
