I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Tim replied that I would be paying the labor and materials, but he told me that we would be splitting those costs.  We have talked, and I think we have come to a fair ending to this problem, providing it is handled the way we agreed.

Livonia has been in business over 16 years and we pride ourselves on quality flooring, installation and customer service. In an attempt to placate Mr. [redacted], we offered a $500 refund which Mr. [redacted] has agreed to. Additionally, Mr. [redacted] is having the same flooring install in a bathroom by one of our
employees which Mr. [redacted]
