This company is a bottom feeding companyI called them to diagnose a Multi Function Printer that needed a PM Kit (Prevent Maintenance Kit) that retails for from the manufacturerAfter diagnosing the problem they informed me that I will be getting the invoice with the PM kit and labor to Diagnose and install the PM KitWhen the invoice was sent to me I could believe what they were charging $1110.99!!! $for the Kit $laborWhen I asked for the part number for the Maintenance kit they declined to give it to me saying that it was company policy not to give out Part NumbersI then said well I can not do business with a company that is hiding information to what I am purchasingseeing that the cost of the diagnosing of the machine was to be rolled into the invoice I opted out of the entire transaction seeing that we were already in a bad place with them and all we had was to go down from that point

This company is a bottom feeding company. I called them to diagnose a Multi Function Printer that needed a PM Kit (Prevent Maintenance Kit) that retails for 199.99 from the manufacturer. After diagnosing the problem they informed me that I will be getting the invoice with the PM kit and labor to Diagnose and install the PM Kit. When the invoice was sent to me I could believe what they were charging $1110.99!!! $750.00 for the Kit $350.00 labor. When I asked for the part number for the Maintenance kit they declined to give it to me saying that it was company policy not to give out Part Numbers.
