Finesse Construction

Mr. the owner of "Finesse Construction" was hired to lay tile floors in our living room and hallway. A few days after they were done the grout starting coming up from in between the tiles. We tried contacting via phone but he would make excuses why he could not come and fix it. When the grout started coming up everywhere and some of the tiles in the hall did not adhere to the mortor at all and have come completely loose we started sending him text messages but again false promises that he would fix it but doesn't. The floors are a mess and keep getting worse.
