Review: I brought in a suit for a wedding on Monday to have alterations. They said it would be done Thursday by 4. I go to pick it up on Friday at 4 and they tell me the tailor never showed up and it's not done yet, I have to wait another day. Not even a phone call. Thank god the wedding is Sunday. I asked if they were going to give me a discount now and they said no because it's not their fault, it's the tailor's fault. Unbelievable. Wouldn't recommend at all.Desired Settlement: I believe I should receive a credit due to the inconvenience of not having the alterations done on time as promised.
