Called the owner, David, using the number on their website. Requested estimate, left detailed message as to my needs and timeline for hardwood refinish. Two days later, no return call. Called again, went directly to voicemail. I decided to text him rather than leave another voicemail. No response whatsoever. Very unprofessional, would not use him under any circumstances at this point. I have worked in customer service my entire career and there is NO excuse for not responding to a serious service inquiry. Remove your website and internet presence if you do not want jobs, sir. Don't waste peoples' time.

Review: Finer Floors installed Mohawk Simplesse Vinyl Plank Flooring at my residence. The flooring has come loose, buckled, in some places have come up. Have contacted Mr. Hale of Finer Floors, who at first agreed to fix the problem, but now appears to reneged on his commitment and does not return our phone calls.Desired Settlement: Would like floor repaired, failing that would like a full refund of $3,400.00
