Fine The 2nd Time Consignment

Review: On May 4, 2013, employees of this consignment shop purchased items by check from me to sell in their shop totaling $130. The check they wrote "bounced" and my bank charged me an additional fee of $13 for this. I have been in contact with [redacted] and/or other employees through their [redacted] account to resolve the matter since May 14, 2013, but as of June 11, 2013 they still have not sent any money in spite of promises to do so.My intention is only to bring resolution to the matter.Desired Settlement: I would consider the matter resolved if the consignment shop paid me $143.

Review: I had taken the following items in on consignment to be sold - Baby stroller w/car seat, small baby stroller, pack n play, wooden high chair, romp n play w/ foot keyboard. We signed a contract - all the items were sold except the high chair. We checked according to contract to see what was sold and we were put off and told to come back in two weeks. Which we kept coming back and checking. Then about the beginning of August we were told that there was a new contract made up and checks would be issued in December. I never signed the new contract. To my knowledge, everything was sold except the wooden high chair and the owner told me I had over $50 due. Well the end of the year (2013) has past and to date I have heard nothing. I feel as an elderly person, I have been taken advantage of.Desired Settlement: I would like my money that's owed to me.
