On May 23, 2013 I spent $115 at this business's online store through [redacted] on a 6 month subscription to their "Bacon of the Month" club as a Father's day gift for my Dad. He only received 2 months worth of bacon. I contacted the seller, and the first time he immediately responded. Apologized, promised to send the bacon that was missing along with double what was owed for the remainder of the 6 months. Shortly thereafter, he closed his [redacted] shop and stopped responding to emails. No bacon has been delivered since, and the bacon delivery conveniently stopped at the same time I was no longer able to file a complaint through their website or get my money back. I have contacted them several times trying to get more information but have received no response. I would like a refund at the very least for the 4 months of bacon that was not delivered plus the shipping that goes along with that, but would really appreciate a refund of my full $115 payment because of the frustration this has caused me and my father, who has not been able to enjoy his gift.
