Review: I bought a sofa recliner and a chair recliner. Both of these broke twice. The first time I had to wait one month to get someone to repair them. April 19, 2014 a handle on the sofa recliner broke. I reported and it is still not fixed. I get the run around every time I try to resolve this issue. I call to speak to the manager and he is not there every time I call. I finally got a hold of the manager and he said he will send the part of the sofa that broke off. I have not heard from him for over two weeks. I called the store and sent emails to the manager, but I get no responds. This is the worst customer service ever. I just want my sofa fixed. In addition to this problem the employee at the store pretend not to speak English well enough to understand me or to help me. After buying from this store and I first had a problem with their furniture, I looked up the reviews on yelp and I am not the only person with this problem. I want them to hold to their contract and their warranty.Desired Settlement: I have a warranty and a contract that needs to be upheld. They need to fix the problem as stated in the agreement.
