Please don't hire themThey initially installed all the smart house hardware and software in April at my brand new, custom built home From April to Dec 2014, they were in and out of the house on a a regular basis because nothing would work properly If they fixed one thing, then they would ruin another Since Dec 2014, they have at least had to visit once every other month, due to some issue or the other (it's currently Feb 2016)Scheduling visits with them would take weeks (OR MORE) because of no responses to emails, texts or phone calls The execution of the project seemed to be too much for them, and their customer service is some of the worst I've ever dealt with in generalMost recent problem: The lighting system stopped working in my house about weeks ago My family and I have been leaving them voicemails daily and sending emails and texts regularly to no avail I'm finally just going to have to hire another company to fix the problems *** created
