Mr. [redacted] took a [redacted] deposit, did minimal work, and left 2 facades primed over winter. He has not returned inquiries. He began 1 year ago. [redacted] 2014: agrees to price to paint house, starts what he refers to as minimal repair work, requests air conditioners out of windows and stuff off deck to power wash house. Shows up a few times for a few hours over remainder of summer to wash house. Screens still caked with detritus from washing.. I sent many messages asking when he was doing what without response. He promised to prime house before the winter set in. We had a long, mild fall into early winter and he only primed the front of the garage and 1/2 of one of the short sides of the house. [redacted] 2015: says he'll start the following week. [redacted] 2015: has shown up once to pound something outside the house causing things to fall off the wall in the house. He asked to leave his equipment in our garage, then he collected it without even using it at our house!Desired SettlementFinish the job in a timely manner (give timetable) or a complete refund.
