Fine Gems with Jeremy Hall

I purchased a ring from Gems Bond on Aug.29, 2013. Invoice # XXXXX & customer I.D.XXXXX- I paid $1,349.00 for the ring and $75.00 for an appraisal. I was told by the lady taking my order( [redacted] that it would take 3 weeks to get the ring and appraisal. I received the ring in approximately 3 weeks and the invoice has a sticker on it which says, APPRAISAL COMING SOON.I made repeated calls to customer service and I received answers from a representative 2 times and she told me she would notify [redacted] regarding the appraisal. I received my first phone call from [redacted] on Oct.11, 2013. My caller I.D. informed me that the phone call came to me at 4:44 p.m. from telephone # X XXX XXX XXXX. It was [redacted] and he told me that I would have the appraisal in one week. I tried asking him a question, but he hung up. Needless to say, the appraisal never came. After numerous other calls, I was able to leave a voice message on telephone number XXX XXX XXXX. I told [redacted] that I was going to dispute my charges with my credit card company and file a complaint with the Revdex.com.On Oct.22, at 6:26 p.m. the telephone rang. It was from phone number XXX XXX XXXX. It was [redacted] He told me that I would definitely have the appraisal the following week. He has not been a man of his word. I don't know how [redacted] is involved with this mess, but something is wrong. Why is Gems Bonds Network not listed with the Revdex.com?s mess, but something is wrong. Why is Gems Bonds Network not listed with the Revdex.com?Desired SettlementI want a return envelope sent to me so I can return this ring for a full credit and interest for my money and time spent on this horrific situation. If I had received the appraisal and knew that everything was on the up and up, I would have kept the ring. I feel deceived over this matter and feel just compensation is due me.
