I talked with him face to face 1st week April-He talked about his companyInitial contract was to repair and paint only columns on houseHe gave us rough contract for $on 4/10/
Later that week we decided to paint whole exteriorHe set up appointment for 4/13/to talk about our exterior paint projectHe could not keep this meeting and scheduled it for next day 4/14/He crossed out and added new information on rough contract to get whole exterior house painted for $He asked for deposit of $We gave him check for $Since there was lot of changes done on rough contract, I had told him to mail us new contract listing everything we agreedHe took check and said he will e-mail revised contract to usHe told us start date of job would be mid-June
On 5/22/he came with his another friend (Lodge B***) who was going to give us estimate on bathroom’s tile

We hired Fine Finish Coatings to complete a one day exterior painting jobWe paid $as a deposit ($was our quote for the project)We hired the company in June and we were assured that our project would be completed promptlyHowever, after many delays, the owner and representative of the company (Cyle D*** and Jason C***) stopped returning texts or callsIt is now September and requests for a refund have gone unanswered
