I've purchased several thousand dollars worth of art from this company recently for my new home One piece that is $doesn't work out and so I wanted to return, however, to do so it would cost me $shipping back myself I asked the company to send me a prepaid label since it only costs them approx $(what I paid to have shipped to me originally) for shipping and deduct that from my refund They said they are "not obligated to do that" Of course your not obligated, but isn't that good business practice to satisfy the customer? No more business with them!!!
