Tony F[redacted], Owner has No concept of a contract He writes up. It changes with the wind and according to Him, He is always right. Starts a job with 50% Down and 50% on completion. This was for a new construction project He priced out Himself and signed a contract by Him and Us with a large deposit check .However right after starting job, He is always needing More money. and He starts Job Late in morning , then always leaves early in the Afternoon. Conveniently He shows up on the Bad weather days and Never on warm sunny days. He Won't promptly answer texts or phone calls. When Half way through job and still not having done most of the Major parts, He wants an even larger portion of the balance saying He already put the money into the construction project which is pure B.S.. Materials also mysteriously change from the samples He gives You to the actual products used.You then have to wait out Months of hit & miss of Him coming by to do the portions You already paid for.. Sometimes You just need to pay His Subcontractors directly to get that part of the construction finished. As long as He feels there is still some money left He will do the small things needed but leaves You holding the Bag on the Last major portion of finishing it many months later saying all of the money was spent. I had to find My own Subcontractor to finish up. And That Man was done in 2 days and went way above and beyond expectations. This job has taken 10 months for what should have been an easy job done in a month's timeline.
