Dishwasher repair, was agreed upon prior to come and repair dishwasherTime was set aside for this repair They were suppose to come (2/21/18) to repair our dishwasher after our Home Warranty approved for parts and repairThey were scheduled to come today around 10:30am-1:00pm and was told that they would call us when on their way to our home to repair dishwasherAfter 1:00Pm, we called to make sure they were still coming and there was no answer so we left a voicemail asking for a return callIt is now 6:49pm and after phone calls and messages we still have not heard from them or to tell us to rescheduleIt was a waste of our day, we set aside time to be here for them to show up and hopes of getting our dishwasher repairedThis company was referred to us by our Home Warranty Company and we have submitted a complaint to them so they would not use them againThis is very unprofessional and after seeing some other reviews, it looks like we are not the only people they've done thi
