Finch Auto Sales

On January 18th, 2016 I purchased a vehicle from Finch Auto Sales, I traded in two vehicles to cover a down payment for the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Before purchase and sign of contact issues with the vehicle were discussed with Mr. Finch. He advised this issues and repairs would be resolved before I pick up the car. When I picked up the vehicle I assumed the issues were resolved when he handed me the keys and I brought him the clear titles. One week later when the car motor locked up I found out the issues we discussed were not resolved and addressed.
Mr. Finch then advised he would replace the motor in the car, it is April 5th, that still has not happen. I have asked Mr. Finch for the money back for the trade in credit he gave which was 1564.00. That was denied. He only put one trade in on the contract instead of both of the vehicles, which I also questioned. He has refused to void contact due to fault of his own. He has refused to give me back my trade in vehicles and he has also refused the money back for the trade in value on the cars.Product_Or_Service: CarDesired SettlementI want the money back for my trade in or I want the vehicles I traded in back and the contract noted void due to his neglect.
