Finanic Enterprises

I have been trying to get them to help me with my problems on my computer for instance, running slow and needing a tune-up. I lost my internet several times and they could not get it back for me. Being rude and sarcastic. Not being able to get me into my email. They added empty files on my computer that may crash my computer in the near future. Erasing work that I cannot get back and erasing my dial-up modem that took me extra money and time to retrieve it. This company has made my life a living hell and I am requesting a refund of 425.00.
