Review: I had decided to have a consultation with Vivian and was impressed and decided to take her package #2 which consist of a resume and cover letter revamp,3 two hour interview coaching sessions and a brief consultation with credit restoration, all for $150.00 I was working with the owner Vivian W[redacted] since early October 2013. During this time I had to continue to reach out to her to receive my resume in which I didn't receive until the middle of November 2013. When I did receive my resume it was poorly done and I had to seek other professional services to correct many of the mistakes made to it. I HAVE YET to receive my 3 two hour coaching sessions, and every time we set up a date to meet or [redacted] she has not showed up or made an excuse why she is not able to come. But we have friends in common on social media and she is always doing personal things instead of assisting her clients with the promises of services. I have requested a refund in which she declined and stated she will provided better services, which I have yet to receive. The next step is civil court.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the services not received for the past 7 months.
