Review: The company contacted me via mail with an information packet. I was under the impression that this company was affiliated with the government and loan repayment. The rep promised that they could help us get a loan modification, and made it seem like it would be impossible to do one on our own. They set up payments for what they called a "trial period" to show that we could afford the proposed modification amount. I came to find out that this company does not have the authority to determine a trial period for my loan modification, or to set up one. They also did not get anything approved through the loan holder, who is apparently the only people who can set up a trial period after the modification has been approved. The problem I have is that the company solicited through the mail, and over the phone, that it was required to do my loan consolidation through this company. My other problem is that they promised services that were unauthorized and illegit. Throughout this process, which I thought was required, my information went through 4 different people, and it has been over four month, and nothing has happened with my loan except pushing us into foreclosure because no money we paid actually went to the loan holder. I tried to contact them via phone several times, and no one would answer. It wasn't until I emailed about going to the Revdex.com that someone contacted me, and responded back in an email pretty much saying "oh well".Desired Settlement: A full refund. I feel this is in order because they made me believe that I needed their services in order to get my loan repayment plan established, when no actual services were actually rendered. They also promised me monthly payments that they have no authority to authorize. They also made it impossible to contact them and ended up pushing our house into foreclosure.

Review: The company contacted me via mail with an information packet. I was under the impression that this company was affiliated with the government and student loan repayment. I called to get a better understanding of my repayment plan options. The customer service rep made me believe that I had to consolidate my loans through this company. I later found out that I can accomplish this all on my own without any fees. The rep promised me a set monthly payment amount on my student loans, after I paid the fees. I came to find out that this company does not have the authority to determine monthly payments on student loans. The problem I have is that the company solicited through the mail, and over the phone, that it was required to do my loan consolidation through this company. I tried to contact them via phone several times, and no one would answer. It wasn't until I emailed about going to the Revdex.com that someone contacted me. In one email, the loan officer offered to waive my installment fees, due to the length of time, and lack of organization. That never happened either.Desired Settlement: refund, partial or full. I feel this is in order because they made me believe that I needed their services in order to get my student loan repayment plan established. They also promised me monthly payments that they have no authority to authorize.
