An auto dialer and recording keeps calling me about a tax debt that I don't have. I block their phone numbers but since they're spoofed (fake caller ID) they keep changing them. I pressed 5 to speak to a rep and the woman said the call is from "Financial Relief Center" and when I asked them were they with another agency. She hung up on me.

In frustration I pressed five to speak to a rep and the woman said the call is from "Financial Relief Center" and hung up on me when I asked what state the business was headquartered in. I realize this is likely futile but I'll also report them to the FTC and the Florida Attorney General's office.
