Review: I disputed this account with Financial Recoveries because they are listing two paid collections on my credit report. I disputed with the credit bureaus and directly with them and both times the accounts were verified. But the company failed to mark the item as in disputer per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.Desired Settlement: Please delete account numbers [redacted] from my credit report.

Review: I received two bills from Financial Recoveries. One for $150 and another for $1703.39 dated for 11/6/15 but obviously received about a week later. It says account is with York Hospital. However, I have good medical insurance that covers me. My husband and I are under contract on a new home purchase. Any entry of these two INVALIDATED collection items will cause our credit scores to drop significantly and subsequently cause our lender to rescind our financing approval!

I need proof in writing that this is a valid debt from original creditor and if so, I need 30 days to satisfactorily resolve it WITHOUT ANY DEFAMATION to my financial character via any credit bureau repositories.
