Good morning. I received the complaint and wanted to clarify the situation. Our Agent Stephanie is simply out there doing her job and servicing clients. I emailed her Manager and told him to make sure Stephanie doesn't respond to Mrs*** again. I also personally left a
message with Mrs*** apologizing and told her this won't happen again. Thank you and have a great day

We have been visited by Remko and Stephanie and had post it notes on our door.  We are not clients nor do we know a"[redacted]". Three months ago when Remko left a post it note on our door, I called and I sent a letter to the business, that we do not want further contact from this company as we do not know a "[redacted]".We do not want representatives at our doorstep that we did not invite. So the comment of Stephanie doing her job serving clients is unacceptable. WE ARE NOT CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS. Stephanie stated she could not guarantee we would not receive additional information from Phoenix, whatever that means. I should not have to be addressing this issue a second time. I am not sure where this company got information about a "[redacted]" at this address, but they need to correct it.  We simply want NO FURTHER contact from this company, through mail or personal visit.
