5/24/16. Why was Pat of Service Dept. putting me on hold, as I listened to her being put on hold, by whoever she was allegedly calling. She should have called them back (if it was a real call). Again, I am very sorry Pat, I believe you did what you have been trained to do. What I witnessed today is very sad. It makes me want to write to the owners of Honda, I own and like two of these cars.
