I was extremely impressed by the courtesy, professionalism, and effort the staff of this agency made to help me. I went in for counseling about obtaining a reverse mortgage for my elderly aunt. I expected just another government mandated waste of time session. Instead, I received a warm welcome and an extremely helpful adviser who helped me find several different ways to help keep my aging aunt in her home for the rest of her life. These folks are great!
