We interacted with them through their service to IVF Florida. Terrible billing. Even after confirming with insurance that they will pay, they make you pay up front. Then, when you ask for a refund, they always say there is an outstanding balance. The reason for the outstanding balance is that you're seen a lot and it takes a few weeks for the insurance to process the claims. Until they receive the money, they won't issue a refund, but by then, you've been seen before. I've spoken to [redacted] and Marco and even had my insurer call them, and gotten nowhere with receiving the refunds that we are owed.
