Regards,
I have no problem returning the $185 that he paid me for a trip. I looked back into my emails this morning and was shocked by this letter from you because he has never asked for a...
refund just wanted to pick a different day. His request was in my junk mail that I never look at and he only sent the request 2 weeks ago. I do not know why he did not try to call me as he has my phone number if he was upset that I did not answer the email in a promptly order? As for his complain about cancelations I looked back at my date book to see what has all happened and 2 trips were cancelled due to weather storms and or high winds forecasted, 1 trip his buddy cancelled on me way back in 2011 that we could not find a date to reschedule that worked for both of us and this summers trip was cancelled because my sister passed away 3 days earlier and we had funeral plans. That was the last time we spoke until he sent me a refund request 2 weeks ago that went into my spam. We did have a screw up on my date book 1 trip last summer as I had written down are trip to be on and he had it written down for is my birthday and I would not plan a trip on that day as I would be with family that day but I am not blaming him for that as it could have just been a mistake, we spoke after this occurrence and he had no problem rescheduling for the summer of 2014. Like I said earlier why did he not call me? Please let me know how I should handle this situation.
Thank You
