Please accept this acknowledgement of John Glass’ professionalism, with a personal touch, in assisting me in working through my very difficult financial issue. While having been put in a very difficult financial position, it was really helpful having someone like John on the other end listening and actually working hard to find a solution that worked for everyone. I thank you very much for your kindness and non-judgmental attitude John! I will be forever grateful for your assistance in lifting this immense load off my shoulders.
John Glass from FDR Inc. was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process of trying to help me find alternative sources of funds to pay my balance owing. Despite an APR higher than usual, I was glad to see my problem being brought to a successful closure. Job well done!

Response:
I have review** the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determin** that this propos** action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I review** appear below.
First, Debt collector shows they don't own the debt, therefore they are not authoriz** to collect.
Second, I was never sent a letter with info and even now they haven't given me license number and register** agent.
