After filing with Revdex.com, finally received parts by mid February with no communication from L-com. But they had our money for over 3 months. I am very sorry I bothered L-com with this meaningless order.

multisite company with locations in several states across the US. It appears that Mr. [redacted] did contact the L-com Customer Service Department by telephone on 10/5 to inform us of a potential short shipment. An investigation was done confirming L-com did ship the product. This was verified two ways: 1. The warehouse manager pulled the video from the shipping station where the order was packed and visually verified the product was placed into the box and the box was sealed. 2. the total weight of the product ordered was 1.98 pounds, before the shipping box and any packing material. [redacted] verified the package they picked up weighed 2.8 pounds in total. The customer service department informed Mr. [redacted] of our findings using the email address we have on file. After researching the complaint, I attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] via telephone. We have two phone numbers on file that are not in service. I would like to speak to Mr. [redacted]. It is certainly possible that the carton was damaged in transit with [redacted] and repackaged. I have seen this happen in the past. If Mr. [redacted] would like to contact me directly, I will arrange to replace the product in question. I would like to verify some shipping information to assure the product gets safely to Mr. [redacted] as well as apologize for any inconvenience he may have experienced. I can be reached at [redacted], ext [redacted]. Best Regards, [redacted]Director, Inside Sales and Service Americas
