This is to confirm that as of today 10/1/14, this is the first receipt of the Revdex.com's written notice regarding Case # *** (*** ***), originally dated 9/26/
On 8/24/Mrs*** agreed to enrolling into a 30-Day trial membership in the "Financial Advantage Plus - Group # *** membership programOn 8/25/her membership materials were printed and sent out herAccording to the terms of the enrollment, if she did not cancel her 30-Day trial membership before it endedShe would automatically be charged a $monthly membership fee
In relation to the call that Mrs*** made to us that connected to a fax machine, we were having some technical difficulties routing our *** number properly around that timeWe apologize that we were unable to receive Mrs***'s cancellation callHowever since then, our *** number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) is functioning properly
Since we did not connect with Mrs*** to cancel her membership, on 9/30/14, five days after her 30-Day trial had endedWe proceeded within the rights of the membership terms and attempted to charge Mrs***'s credit card the $feeHowever, the charge was declined
As of today 10/2/14, we have been unable to successfully charge the $membership fee from Mrs***, and since this complaint is the first notice we've received expressing Mrs***'s desire to cancelWe have cancelled her membership, confirmation # XXXXXXXXXXXX, nothing has been charge to Mrs***
We believe this response clarifies our actions regarding Mrs***'s membership account, and we feel we've taken the appropriate steps to reconcile this matter accordinglyand would eliminate any suspicion relating to our business
