At this time, I have been contacted directly by Final Touch Furniture? regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: ? this business refuses to refund my moneyhe ruined the table beyond recognition!!then said I need to pick it up ir it will be thrown away!!a table!! ? it was never an option to pick up he was to deliver the table backI tried to speak with him and hold him accountable, but to no availhe was Johnny on the spot though to take my money!!A Revdex.com representative as well tried, and Mike B [redacted] would not talk...I have no choice but to take him before a judge ? ? Review: I purchased a bedframe from this company and waited more than two weeks for them to call me about when I would receive the frame. I never heard from them and paid them in full $425.00. I would call and leave messages and never receive a response. According to their receipt items are serviced within two weeks. I finally reached someone after three weeks and was told that they were away and could not get into their shop due to not having keys and that the frame would be reaady the next week, I waited again another two weeks and then an additional call and still no frame. This is ridiculous and I decided I wanted my money back after waiting six weeks for an item that should have taken two weeks to have delivered to me.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. There was not any work done on this project. I waited the first time I was contacted by them and they never showed up. They called days later and set up another appointment. On the second appointment date they were an hour late. I had to pay for fuel and tolls. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I received and want my money refunded.
