Final Details

Review: I contacted this business to detail my ford focus because I am unable to wash or wax my own car because I am disabled with a neck and low back injury. I got a price of 200.00 to detail my car. 2 guys came out a few weeks ago at approx. 10:15 am to do the job. They finished in approx. 1 hour, 20 minutes’ looked at my car the next day and noticed white wax on the trunk, doors and black trim of the car, door handles and around my windows. The car also had some water left on the front grill and running down the car handles. I was not satisfied with what I found after paying 200.00.I e-mailed the company with my complaints. Ross e-mailed me back asking me when I was going to be in Ventura, possibly that same day. I told him I wasn’t going to be in Ventura that day since I do live in Port Hueneme. I rarely go to Ventura at all and stay home most of the time. We went back and forth with e-mails getting no where. I asked for a refund of 100.00 and that went ignored. Ross said he wanted to make it right but I wasn’t sure how. The more I thought about it the more I wanted something done for not getting my moneys worth. I finally told him I was filing a complaint with Revdex.com and he said he didn’t care. So, here we are because a business owner didn’t see fit to make a customer satisfied. Needless to say, I am on a limited income with disability and I was splurging to treat myself and my car with a detail job expecting to get near perfect work done by a business that has been around for a nuDesired Settlement: See Complaint Text
