Review: I ordered 6 movies on June 20 and soon received an email confirming the order and giving me an order of [redacted]. I received one of the movies either June 24th or 25th. I waited for a couple of days for the others to arrive. I have since left many phone messages and email messages asking about the other 5 movies. I have received NO response back.Desired Settlement: I would like either the other 5 movies or a refund of the purchase price of the 5.

Review: Ordered two DVDs, merchant charger my credit card, I never received the DVDs. E-mailed the merchant about my problem, but no reply.Desired Settlement: $35.85 returned to my account.
