Film Buster D V D

I ordered dvds 3/27/14 and have not received them as of 5/17/14.
On 3/27/14 I ordered online 4 dvds from filmbuster dvd. I ordered Disneys Dr. Syn, 2 copies of Wicked and 1 copy of Cinderella. Our printer was not operating and I was unable to print the copy of the order. On 3/28/14 my bank account was charged and paid $82.76 for the dvds.

I sent notice to the company via email address [email protected] on 4/10/14 advising I had not received the items. On 4/11/14 I received an email advising to allow for 14 business days. On 4/19/14 I sent a second email requesting an update and was advised via email of 4/20 replacement dvd had been mailed and I should allow for 10 business days. On 5/1/14 I requested a refund of $82.76 as I did not receive the dvds. On 5/2/14 I received an email with only the following words "Already shipped should be there anyday now".

It is now 5/17/14 and I haven't received the merchandise I ordered or a refund check. I sent another email 5/17/14, but I am not holding out much hope. I'm not sure if this is a scam or not. The wording of the emails, especially the one of 5/2/14 leads me to believe it is a scam and I am out the $82.76, but I'd like others to be aware this may not be a legitimate company.
