Jillian, as you may or may not know, the production of many items deemed nonessential were placed on hold during the COVID outbreak, dishwashers were one of those items. Since it was over a year before production was back to normal, we had many dishwashers that broke down but could not be replaced until the item was shipped to us. During our long wait, we made a list of those that broke down in order by date. We have been receiving one at a time at a slow pace & have went down our list to install the new ones. As you have been told numerous times, you are still on the list & will have a new dishwasher installed when we reach your name on the list.
