I highly recommend that anyone who wants to bring their fiancé to America that they use Christian Filipina’s services. For they were and still are very helpful. They guide you step by step.
They are very nice people, they feel like a friend to me and my, now wife. *** from Ohio
Such lovely and wonderful people. I cannot help but express my deepest gratitude, most especially to Johben. From the start, he was so kind and helpful, answering all my questions. It's been quite an emotional journey because my fiance recently just passed away due to COVID and I am still reeling from the shock. However, they were very sympathetic to my situation and even helped me get a refund.
My fiancee and I started the process of getting her to Hawaii from the Phillipines with this company well over a year ago. They are highly over priced and do not communicate whatsoever. They are highly unprofessional, did not give any receipt for the payments we made or confirmation email/letter. Their office in the Phillipines is not organized. I have been there, and my fiancee has been there many times to try to get the process moving along as they NEVER answer the phone or emails. Their staff are not properly dressed during working hours. They act like they are in their own house. We completed/submitted all the requirements to them in mid of March 2019. We received email from Dominic confirming that he received the check and pictures, he informed us that they will review and process our Visa application. However, by mid of April I started to call the office once or twice a week, and it is impossible to contact anyone in the office.
Someone told me that my application is in process already, so I kept on waiting for their feedback but no one called or emailed me for an update. Until the end of May I called the office and Angelique informed that my application is not yet forwarded to USCIS. I asked the reason and Angelique told me that they get busy. May 29, 2019 received email from Angelique that they will mailed it to USCIS. June 11 they give the tracking no. of Fed Ex. I monitored it online. The agency don’t even give us time to call or ask about the status of the application.
Application was approved and all the info from USCIS and NVC. May 26, 2020 they sent us the step by step instructions for embassy stage/the documents to be submitted but still they don’t bother to ask or assist us for this stage. I tried to call their office, most of the time you will try many times before they answer and sometimes no one answer the phone.
Until now, July 19, 2020, we don’t receive any email or call from them.
I have now been forced to hire an immigration lawyer. My lawyer has literally done more work in two weeks than Filipino Visa has done in well over a year! And she was cheaper than Filipino Visa. If I had hired her or even done the visa process myself, my fiancee would have been here a year ago, and certainly before COVID-19 happened.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE MADE!!!!
I am very pleased with all my dealings with Christian Filipino Visa. The workers are very helpful and pleasant and always return my calls. They have even helped us work through my wife’s green card application. They also screen the girls for honesty and truthfulness which is very important. My wife and I feel that they are the very best company to use and highly recommend them. I am now happily married to my beautiful Filipina wife thanks to Christian Filipino.
Overpriced, lack of communication during the process. For the high cost of the service I expected better communication and professionalism. The woman Cherie M. who handled our case was very nice, but was hard to get straight answers from and either her or the person that transferred all our info made 10+ mistakes that I had to get them to correct. The credit card I used declined a down payment charge so I used another one. Then the original card was approved and they received an extra $100 that took numerous emails and phone calls to get it refunded. When talking with Cherie on the phone I could hear her co-workers in the background laughing and talking loudly like they were having a party and couldn't hear her very good. With that said, they did get the job done, but only after waiting 2 1/2 months to get everything right and processed.I was also told that because of the issues we had that they would help us with the adjustment of status after we got married.I didn't expect them to process everything for us, but thought they would help with telling us what we need to file and how to do it.They now don't even respond to my emails and have basically abandoned us.
I can't compare this service to other similar services because I've only used this one once but I compared prices and even though this one was more expensive, I chose it because they said they would be more helpful to my fiance. Well maybe they were. I can't know for sure. What I do know is ... it's overpriced, communication is poor, and they didn't tell us about the requirements to bring to CFO.
These people do not expedite the process, but delay things with poor service. They routinely don’t return phone calls. I spoke with several other men who used them and they had the same issues. My fiancé spoke with other women in the waiting room at the embassy and heard the same complaints from them. When I went to their office in person several times they were watching tv.
We are at the early stages on our case.
as of now the process is clear and the info required and how filipino visa will
provide their services has been clearly defined, at this point its all I can say
I will update this review as the process moves along . Since there are no real reviews here I decided I will begin a more comprehensive review for others to see when they make a decision
to use this service to file for a visa .
Yours
I paid several thousand dollars for the service of this company helping me obtain a visa for my wife. They have been very difficult in lack of communication and communication not being clear. They don't organize the information we provide them and then they don't tell us what is next up front. They wait until we ask them what is going and then they provide only partial information. Their response time is slow and they are not organized. For example, they will say to fill out a form. We will fill it out and email it to them. Several days later when we ask what is going on and what is next they will say that they need to original form mailed to them. They need to communicate this type of information up front.
Hi,We apologize for the delay, and lack of communication on our part. After receiving the feedback that Mr. does not want to communicate with one of our agents, we outright transferred the client to another staff member to have his petition expedited. Furthermore, our Visa Operations Director Daniel, has since communicated with the client. As soon as we had all the information we needed, we proceeded with the petition without the PSA and Mr. agreed to accept the consequences of paying the extra filing fee if rejected. His petition has been mailed to the USCIS dated,"04/13/2019" and we are waiting for the response from USCIS.We appreciate the feedback, and will continually strive to deliver the utmost care and attention our clients deserve. Thank you,-Togetherlight Inc. (FilipinoVisa)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
