We have responded to Mr***'s complaint and informed him our situationWe have told him with the illness our business partner has have to deal with and the removal of that partner has left us in dire straits as there are no funds available to currently refund his moneyI am taking personal
action to acquire the funds by seeking employment outside the company until such time as I can acquire the funds to meet his request and to rebuild the business and make it independent of outside partnershipsUntil that happens all services have been suspendedMr*** has been made aware of our willingness to refund his money as soon as the funds become available to usI have not shied away from my responsibility to Mr*** but I can not accommodate him on the time schedule he demandsI have reassured Mr*** we have not forgotten him and reminded him of our situation several times and that he is a top priority for us when I can manage to secure employment or the money he is requestingI would like to work with Mr*** on this issue but he has become frustrated with me and has become uncooperativeIf it is possible we would like some help to find a solution to this issue.Thank you for your time,Shawn-T*** ***
