Fight Club Pittsburgh

Review: I contacted the owner of the Fight Club Pittsburgh in the beginning of May 2014 on the phone and told her that my two children would no longer attend their facility. She stated that she would take them out of the system and it wouldn't be a problem. I asked if there was anything I needed to do or sign and she said no. I continued to get billed for one of my children. I called the facility multiple times and was told by many different workers ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]...I think) that the owner, [redacted], was not there. They told me that they could not give a refund or look further into this situation because [redacted] was the person who did the financial part of the business. I continued to call the facility and was told that [redacted] was aware of the situation and would call me back. I have voice mail messages stating this. She still has not contacted me about the situation. I was charged May to September for one child. The staff said that they made the error and did cancel one child but "forgot" that the other child was not on the same account. As for a reason as to why [redacted] could not call back was that she was busy with other businesses. This is still one of her businesses and I would appreciate attention to this situation especially since I notified her directly that my boys would not be returning.Desired Settlement: I was charged $90 for the months of May, June, July, August, and September. I need to be refunded $450.00.
